We’re thrilled to be opening Rabbit Rabbit Cafe at Rutland-Southern Vermont Regional Airport!
You can expect coffee, espresso, and a curated menu of breakfast and lunch favorites, including scratch-made sandwiches and griddled treats—all served from the comfort of our unique and cozy dining room on the second floor of the municipal airport. Sip a latte, grab a bite, and take in the aviation atmosphere while you watch the planes come and go.

The name Rabbit Rabbit comes from the old folklore: say “rabbit rabbit” when you wake up on the first day of the month for good luck.
Our mobile culinary experiment was born from two scrappy New Englanders who wanted to give back to our community through hospitality and food. We adopted the rabbit as our inspiration—quick on our feet, fast to adapt, and always happy to welcome a little extra luck.
